Very friendly and we even had cookie dough together lolPosted on Google SmlazyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went to Herts Cupping mainly for ongoing tightness in my back and shoulders from work and gym training. I originally thought I just needed a sports massage, but the treatment was a lot more targeted than what I’ve had elsewhere. Had a mix of muscle work and cupping done and honestly felt a noticeable difference in how loose my back felt afterwards. Didn’t feel rushed and they actually explained what they were doing and why certain areas were causing problems. The clinic was clean, private and professional throughout as well which made the whole experience better. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for cupping, sports massage or general recovery treatment around Hertfordshire.Posted on Google MLNTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tried everything for my back and shoulder pain. Physio, osteo, acupuncture, dry needling, you name it but no luck. Then, a buddy suggested wet cupping and the scraping thingy. Looked scary online, but hey, desperate times. Surprisingly, got massive relief in one session. Back pain gone in 10 mins, and even survived the wet cupping. Uncomfortable but worth it. Best sleep in ages! Awesome service, the guy's cool. Definitely telling my friends and fam.Posted on Google Scott LewseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visited Herts Cupping for a sports recovery session as I read about their unique approach. The combined treatment was thorough, professional and tailored to the areas I was struggling with as I gym alot. The clinic was clean and well organised. Highly recommended if you're open to trying something new. The wet cupping definitley helped lift a lot of stress.Posted on Google Fung PoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had cupping therapy and the graston muscle scraping for gym recovery and lower back stiffness. Really professional service which is VERY rare in Hertfordshire and the session felt properly tailored.Posted on Google KayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve had cupping sessions in Watford, Harrow and Stanmore before, but after a cousin suggested Hertfordshire Cupping, I thought I’d give it a try — and I’m really glad I did. I’m based in Hemel Hempstead, so it was a convenient option, but what really stood out was Brother Shahid’s expertise and knowledge. He clearly knows what he’s doing and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice and humble brother, which made the whole experience even better. I’d highly recommend Hertfordshire Cupping to family and friends, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Common Questions
Things People Ask Before Booking
The five most common questions before a first session. For everything else, message us on WhatsApp.
Had a poor Hijama experience before? We keep every session private, sterile and clearly explained from start to finish. No pressure, no rushing.
Does Hijama hurt?+
Most clients describe it as a mild scratch, similar to a quick blood test. The cups create gentle suction, not pain. We talk you through every step before starting and adjust as we go. First-timers usually leave saying it was easier than they expected.
How long does a session take?+
Hijama sessions run 30 to 60 minutes depending on the option you choose. Recovery Sessions with cupping, IASTM and deep tissue run 60 to 90 minutes. Allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes at the start for consultation if it's your first visit.
How do I know what to book?+
For recurring tightness or training recovery in one area, choose Targeted Recovery. Add Hijama if you want wet cupping within the same session. For several areas, choose Full Body Recovery. For standalone Sunnah or wellbeing Hijama, choose a Hijama session. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right option.
Is the equipment really single use?+
Yes. Every cup, blade and disposable used during your wet cupping session is single use and opened in front of you. After the session, all clinical waste is disposed of through certified medical waste channels. No exceptions, no reuse.
Will I need several sessions?+
Not automatically. Some long-standing, complex or multi-area issues can need follow-up because there is only so much sensible work to do in one appointment. We assess your response after each session and recommend another only when there is a clear reason.
