Quick Answers

Common Booking Questions

Not sure which session to book?+

First time or general tension: Signature Hijama. Tightness from training or that keeps coming back: Targeted Recovery + Hijama. Multiple areas: Full Body Recovery + Hijama. Or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help in under a minute.

What's included with every Hijama session?+

Every Hijama session includes a full consultation, a complimentary light warm-up massage to ease you in, the wet cupping points specified for your tier, free dry cups added on other tight areas at no extra cost, sterile single-use equipment throughout, and written aftercare. No hidden costs.

What if I need to reschedule?+

Use the link in your booking confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. At least 24 hours notice helps us reopen the slot for someone else.

Anything I should do before my visit?+

Eat lightly 1-2 hours before, drink water through the day, wear comfortable loose clothing. Avoid alcohol or heavy training right before. Arrive 5 minutes early on your first visit so we can complete the consultation properly.

When should I avoid booking?+

Hijama may not be suitable if you're pregnant, taking blood thinners, have uncontrolled diabetes, a blood disorder, an active fever or any acute medical condition. Always check with your GP if unsure. We complete a safety screen before every session.
